Elayann, who lives in Jerusalem, is relatively new to the world of bird keeping and hatching, having started just five years ago. His passion for birds has grown over the years, and he now focuses on finding and preserving rare bird species by hatching their eggs.

"I have many beautiful birds that I care for and look after. It’s a wonderful hobby to have, and it’s incredibly rewarding to take care of birds. It’s fun! I keep a lot of the birds I hatch, but I also sell some. I mainly hatch different breeds of chickens and pheasants," says Elayann.
