Return Policy

We are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer and want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from Brinsea® Products Inc. But if you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it:

• Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
• Call 1-888-667-7009 or email sales@brinsea.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
• Authorization MUST be obtained before any merchandise is returned for refund, exchange or repair. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.
• All merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be NEW and UNUSED in the original packaging and with a copy of your original receipt. Please note that refund will depend upon the condition in which the product is received.
• All merchandise is to be returned at your cost and we recommend you use a trackable service and insure the returns as Brinsea® will not be responsible for any loss or damage in shipping.
• Returns for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.
• Scratch & Dent products are considered as final sale and not eligible for returns, only warranty service.
